The grounds cover a large area, so even for larger groups, we guarantee privacy and a peaceful stay. Guests are welcome year-round, regardless of the weather. The farmstead is designed for a peaceful getaway; everyone who wants to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and recharge in the fresh air is welcome here: you can use the outdoor barbecue and campfire area. Children and those longing for romance can enjoy the swings. So here you can spend a cozy evening cooking fish soup, enjoying paella, and cooking in a kazan. The hosts will share a paella recipe they brought back from Spain, and you’ll be able to prepare this dish in the authentic pot. Those who enjoy it can forage for forest delicacies—mushrooms and berries—in the nearby woods or visit nearby points of interest (a partisan bunker, the ruins of a watermill, and more). The pleasures of the sauna and hot tub will delight those seeking complete relaxation. This is a wonderful place for families, anglers, and those seeking a peaceful retreat—a place for those who want to fall asleep under the stars and wake up with the sun. There are two domes on the resort grounds, situated some distance apart from one another. Each dome features a transparent space through which you can greet the sunrise and gaze at the stars. The domes are designed to provide a retreat from the fast pace of life. Here, you’ll find everything you need for relaxation and work in nature. The unique setting will help you escape the monotony of everyday life and its worries. It’s the perfect place to spend your free time in seclusion or enjoy some time together as a couple. The domes welcome both short-term campers and those seeking a longer stay, regardless of weather conditions or the time of year. Each dome is equipped with two sofa beds, sleeping bags, mattresses, beanbag chairs, a full set of bedding, and towels. The dome’s terrace features a mini-kitchen, a sink with hot water, and drinking water from a water dispenser. The domes are equipped with a heating and air conditioning system. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It comes with a full set of bedding, towels, and toiletries. For your convenience, the kitchenette is equipped with all necessary appliances and dishes—not only for everyday meals but also for setting a festive table. Services 1. Cottage – (1st and 2nd floors, toilet, shower) (price – by agreement, depending on the number of guests). Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Note: The cottage rental price includes boat rental and firewood. 2. Sauna – 3 hours (the sauna price is negotiated when renting rooms). (The sauna price includes hygiene products, essential oils, sauna accessories, honey, birch branches, towels, and a foot massage bath). 3. Accommodation services in a dome. Up to 4 people can comfortably stay in a dome. The resort grounds feature two domes on wooden platforms with outdoor terraces. (Upon request, more people may stay; price negotiable.) The price includes bedding for 4 people, towels, and firewood. Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Note: Boats, electric scooters, and Nordic walking poles are available for rent. 4. Tent Site. Check-in time: from 2:00 PM. Check-out time: by 1:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed). 5. The cottage can comfortably accommodate 14 people at a time. 6. Rental of a six-person portable hot tub with a hydromassage system and LED lighting.
