Description

An eco-friendly house (straw-bale, coated with a clay mixture) featuring unique and distinctive architecture and interior design. The rooms have a pleasant microclimate. There is a tastefully designed outdoor recreation area next to a large pond: a 60-square-meter terrace; piers—platforms on the water measuring 30 and 20 square meters; a gazebo; a paved terrace—50 square meters—with a path connecting to the parking lot. The grounds feature lighting for outdoor recreation areas, comfortable outdoor furniture, and other amenities and equipment for leisure and entertainment—including a children’s play and recreation park with structures and sculptures. Within the estate grounds and along the shore, there are recreational (viewing) areas equipped with a gazebo, tables, benches, and a fire pit, as well as three summer cottages with separate utilities and amenities: a 6x6 kitchen, an outdoor stove, a smokehouse, and a composting toilet. The grounds and surroundings are fairly secluded and cozy, with a view of the ruins of the nearby old manor house, surrounded by century-old maple and linden trees. The eco-friendly house, which is open year-round, is equipped with all utilities and amenities: 2 restrooms, a shower, a shower stall, a sauna, a changing room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bread oven, a rustic wood-burning stove, and a banquet hall. The house has five bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 people, and the attic can accommodate up to 30 people. There are also three additional 6x6 summer cottages, suitable for accommodating 18 people. The available kitchen facilities and equipment allow guests to prepare their own meals. For larger groups, we can arrange to order and serve high-quality meals upon request. The barefoot trail is located along the picturesque shore of Lake Vencavas. The trail is approximately 600 meters long. You must walk barefoot along it, traversing various surfaces (aggregate, glass, wooden elements, structures, natural obstacles, etc.). It offers an intense foot massage combined with a rush of adrenaline and challenges. The trail also features rest areas and gazebos where visitors can take a break and enjoy the scenery. There is a designated area for storing shoes and personal belongings, as well as an observation deck in the canopy of an oak tree at a height of 15 meters, offering a panoramic view of the lake and the island. Next to the barefoot trail is a sculpture park. The sculptures were carved by renowned folk artists—Pranas Petronis, Gintautas Varnas, Saulius Savickas, and Vladas Rakuckas. The compositions and themes of the sculptures include the history of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Baltic gods, and figures from folk motifs. The exhibition is still being expanded. Additionally, starting in 2019, guided tours and educational programs will be organized and conducted—covering Baltic history, culture, customs, traditions, rituals, and more. The sports complex is designed for both active and passive recreation and relaxation. It features a professional outdoor tennis court, two beach volleyball courts, and basketball, badminton, and soccer fields. There are also outdoor exercise stations and a 5-km running trail. Ten gazebos equipped with tables, benches, and fire pits are located in picturesque spots throughout the grounds. There are walking trails with rest areas and scenic viewpoints. Infrastructure and services for active and passive recreation: children’s playground complexes with fairy-tale-themed sculptures, nature trails, observation decks, gazebos, and recreational rafts. Water sports equipment (available for rent)—windsurfing and paddleboarding with wetsuits, surfing, rowboats, water bikes, mountain bikes, fishing gear, and rafts. There is an amphitheater with 500 seats. Bicycle trails and nature trails.
