Description
This Old Believer church was built and consecrated in late 1992, after a wooden church was moved from the village of Polivarkas and encased in brick. During the construction of the church, some of the wood came from the demolished church in the village of Rudėnai. Today, the Old Believer community in Zarasai consists of about 1,000 believers from the town and surrounding villages.
