Description
For an impressive view and a chance to relax, visit the unique observation wheel in Zarasai, overlooking Lake Zarasas. This distinctive structure has no equivalent elsewhere in Lithuania. Opened in autumn 2011, it is 17 metres high and its ramp measures 34 metres in diameter. Like similar structures, the observation wheel moves slightly. Nearby is a cultural space with stone sculptures. Steps lead down to a lakeside path, benches for a rest and a walking route to the Great Island of Lake Zarasas.
