On a fabled Sartai lake shore a genuine taste traditions were founded and refined since 1863: light, raw, live, made according to the great-grandparents' recipe with forest honey, Čižo beer is accompanied with roast beef, flavoured with herbs from Sartai lake shore, and delicately tasted pork ribs, prepared according to a unique recipe. If you wish, you may take part in the brewing process. A fish soup from the fish caught here can be prepared according to traditional recipes. In case of a successful hunt - dishes from wild game can be tasted as well.
